Hot meals (Chomedey only)
Healthy, hot meals delivered to your home Monday to Friday between 10:45 am 12:30 pm.

The cost for a complete meal (soup, main course, dessert) is $8. There is no additional fee for delivery.
Frozen meals
A choice of soups, main courses and desserts, prepared in-house and delivered to your home.
Prices range from $6,75 to $7,75.
Allow two days for delivery ($2 fee).
Pureed meals are no longer available. (temporarily)
Food bank
Do you have a hard time making ends meet? We can help. Our food bank is available for low-income persons aged 50 years and over (a proof of income is required).

In the forty years that we have been working with Laval seniors we have developed different services to meet the many needs of those experiencing a loss of independence. Allô Sam completes our range of services by offering additional help to isolated seniors, as the fees are reinvested in our mission. By choosing Allô Sam, rather than another company, you receive quality services at a fair price, and you help a worthy cause at the same time. This is how the social economy works.
